A few weeks ago, I announced I would have an announcement today that would foreshadow another announcement. An announcement that would surely send everybody in a frenzy. Well, the day has come for that announcement. I want to announce the release date of Ponies and the Rainbow!!!And it is...
Not available yet, but not to fear. End of the day, what I want to do with the story is coming together, but I need more time to develop it. I'm currently adding in brand new sections that I hope gets across what I envision this tale to be in a better, more imaginative way. As well as kill two birds with one stone and develop the core human element of what this book is, a story about family and fighting for those we hold dearest to us, in a unique fashion. So finding a release date is not a priority right now, nor do I anticipate it being one any time soon.
So in that spirit, here is a look at the new and improved Prologue where the idea I have will shatter all conventions of a good opening bit.
Clearly as you can tell, I've made good progress.

And so that's about all I got for now. I will leave you with 3 important answers to questions I'm sure you want to know.
1). What is this thing really about? Nate has been vague as hell about it all.
I recognize the fatal error in not having a more official summary to give a more complete picture as far as what to expect from Ponies and the Rainbow. Expect that to be rectified in the near future.
2). Can I tell Nate that his whole idea sucks?
Absolutely, but it's still coming and getting better every day. Until a more professional editor says my dream sucks, it's staying alive dammit!
3). If I want to support Nate in any way, how can I do that?
I am currently in the market for a gracious soul to create some new imagery. I'm more than capable of giving it a shot, but laziness and focus on the story is playing a key factor. Other than that and finding a professional web designer, moral support is always appreciated and sharing the articles around to people who like weird concepts is an easy thing to do too.
By the March update, expect the completion of a second draft and that official summary as we get closer to the release of Ponies and the Rainbow!
